About me
Hi there! I’m Elisa, a dedicated health coach, dietitian, nutritionist and personal trainer, passionate about helping individuals cultivate healthier relationships with food and enhance their overall well-being.
As a mother of four, I understand the challenges of juggling family life while prioritising health. With my background as a personal trainer, I take a holistic approach to nutrition and fitness, crafting personalised strategies that cater to your unique health journey.
Alongside my coaching and training, I’m an enthusiastic yoga practitioner and hiker, drawing inspiration from nature and the joy of movement. In my free time, I also express my creativity as a part-time artist, which enriches my coaching style and brings a fresh perspective to my work.
Whether you’re dealing with specific health concerns or simply want to improve your nutrition and fitness, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way. Let’s work together to achieve your health goals!

With over 12 years experience as a personal training and nutritional coaching, now fully qualified as a registered dietitian. Dietitians are the only nutrition professionals able to treat and advise clients with health conditions. I believe in a holistic and preventative approach to wellness My ambition is to see people managing their health independently, either preventing long term health conditions or managing pre-existing conditions positively and proactively. The key to long term success is not with fad diets, depriving or punishing our bodies; it is about developing a healthy relationship with food and fitness, by making long term achievable and sustainable steps and forming new healthful habits. My experience in personal training has taught me that nutrition and fitness are intrinsically linked. I coach my clients with bespoke fitness and nutrition plans to achieve their goals, one size does not fit all!
